DALE G. HARRINGTON
Dale was born in Little Compton,
RI, has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode
Island, with graduate work in mathematics and optical physics. Most of
his career has been with General Electric Company, primarily as an
international marketing and licensing executive in GE’s former
Aerospace Business. Career focus, has been and continues to be, in
licensing and technology acquisition in both the defense and
commercial markets, with significant country expertise in Japan,
Korea, India, Israel and Western Europe. Following an international
marketing assignment at Lockheed Martin, his previous position was
Director of International Marketing and Licensing for General Dynamics
in Pittsfield, MA.
DAVID B.
KOSS
David was
born in New York City, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry
from City University of New York and a J.D. from St. Johns University
School of Law. Following positions in the licensing field at Standard
Oil Company and Bendix International, he joined General Electric
Company, working in the International Licensing unit and its successor
organization, GERLMO. He has licensing and negotiating experience in
over 30 countries, managing a wide range of commercial and aerospace
products and services. His previous position was President of the
licensing subsidiary of General Electric Power Systems located in
Greenville, SC.
DAVID J. RALEY
Dave was
born is Nottingham, England, and is an Electrical Engineering graduate
of Loughborough University. He has since become a U.S. citizen. His
long international business development and licensing career was
primarily with General Electric Company, operating in many countries
throughout the world. During that time his career focused on
international marketing and licensing, with assignments in England,
Germany, U.S.A., ultimately advancing to the position of President, GE Aerospace
Asia/Pacific located in Singapore. Prior to TLG, Dave provided licensing
consulting services to General Electric, Lockheed Martin and General
Dynamics, involving unique and complex technology licensing agreements
for a variety of business relationships.
